Introduction

Tiangong Kaiwu (天工開物), or The Exploitation of the Works of Nature was an important Chinese book covering a wide range of traditional Chinese technologies. It was published in 1637 in the Ming dynasty. 

We are working on an iPhone App covering 10 topics in Tiangong Kaiwu related to chemistry. The App is funded by the Chinese government and will be released in Chinese language in July 2017. An English version will be released later.
